  • Public Hearing on Subdivision Rescheduled to March 20th March 13, 2017 The River Terrace Park subdivision proposal was originally scheduled to be reviewed by the Planning Commission at a public hearing on March 6, 2017.   • New Proposed Trails January 31, 2017 River Terrace Crossing, the proposed (and not yet approved) subdivision along 150th Ave, is proposing a network of trails and pedestrian connections throughout the site.
